Aftermarket Wheel Fitment Guarantee
1. Scope of Policy
This Fitment Guarantee applies exclusively to aftermarket wheels installed on vehicles in completely stock OEM configuration.
For purposes of this policy, “Stock Vehicle” means the vehicle retains original factory suspension, ride height, brake system, hubs, studs, and body configuration as delivered by the manufacturer, with no modifications or alterations of any kind.
This Fitment Guarantee provides for exchange eligibility only and does not constitute a return-for-refund policy.
2. Required Vehicle Information
Customer must provide complete and accurate vehicle information at the time of purchase, including:
- Year
- Make
- Model
- Sub-model / Trim level
Customer must also disclose drivetrain configuration (AWD, RWD, FWD, or 4WD) in cases where multiple drivetrain options are offered for the same model year and trim, as this may affect fitment.
Customer must also disclose any factory optional or factory upgraded equipment that may affect fitment, including but not limited to:
- Brembo or performance brake packages
- Upgraded rotor or caliper packages
- Sport or special edition trims
- Appearance or handling packages
- Mid-year production variations
We cannot assume or verify optional equipment unless disclosed at time of purchase. Failure to provide accurate and complete vehicle details voids this Fitment Guarantee.
3. Spacer & Modification Exclusion
Wheels that require spacers, adapters, extended studs, grinding, trimming, or any modification to install on a stock vehicle are not eligible under this Fitment Guarantee.
The need for any additional component beyond standard lug hardware disqualifies eligibility.
4. Mandatory Pre-Installation Test Fit
Customer must perform a test fit prior to mounting tires.
Any wheel that has been:
- Mounted
- Balanced
- Installed
- Torqued
- Driven on
- Used in any manner
- Or shows signs of installation
is not eligible under this Fitment Guarantee.
Installation by a third party does not waive this requirement. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to inform any installer or shop to perform a pre-installation test fit prior to mounting tires or completing installation. Failure of an installer to follow this instruction does not create eligibility under this Fitment Guarantee.
Failure to perform pre-installation test fit constitutes acceptance of fitment.
5. Exchange Eligibility & Shipping
This policy applies to exchange only. Refunds are not provided under this Fitment Guarantee.
If — and only if — all requirements of this policy are fully satisfied and a confirmed fitment incompatibility exists, we will cover standard ground return shipping for the purpose of exchange.
If any condition of this Fitment Guarantee or any other applicable site policy is not met, customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and standard return terms will apply.
6. Claim Procedure & Return Conditions
To initiate a claim:
- Contact us within seven (7) days of delivery
- Provide order number
- Provide clear test fit photos or video
- Retain original packaging
If requested, customer must provide a clear photo of the vehicle door jamb certification label showing the VIN, along with photos of the exterior of the vehicle sufficient to confirm vehicle configuration. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in denial of eligibility.
Return Condition & Packaging Requirements
Wheels approved for exchange must be returned in brand-new, unused, and uninstalled condition, in their original manufacturer packaging.
Original boxes, internal packaging materials, protective inserts, foam, plastic wrapping, and all included accessories must be present and undamaged.
Wheels returned without original packaging, or with damaged, altered, or insufficient packaging, are not eligible for exchange under this Fitment Guarantee.
If wheels are returned and are found to be damaged, scratched, mounted, modified, improperly packaged, or otherwise not in new condition, eligibility for exchange is void.
If returned wheels are damaged due to improper packaging or handling by the customer, customer is responsible for return shipping back to the customer if requested, reimbursement of outbound shipping expenses originally incurred by us, and any additional shipping costs associated with the return.
If customer elects not to have damaged merchandise returned, written authorization for disposal is required. Storage fees may apply if disposition instructions are not provided within a reasonable timeframe.
Returned merchandise will be inspected upon receipt and final eligibility is determined solely upon physical inspection.
7. Website Fitment Tool Disclaimer
Any vehicle selection tools, compatibility indicators, or fitment filters provided on this website are for reference purposes only and do not replace customer responsibility to verify complete vehicle configuration and optional equipment.
8. Sales Communication & Limitation of Liability
Fitment guidance, wheel recommendations, and compatibility discussions provided by sales representatives are based solely on the vehicle information supplied by the customer. Such communications do not override the requirements of this Fitment Guarantee.
We are not responsible for any costs, expenses, losses, or damages, including but not limited to:
- Installation or removal costs
- Mounting or balancing charges
- Alignment costs
- Shop labor fees
- Vehicle downtime
- Towing expenses
- Rental vehicle costs
- Damage resulting from improper installation
- Damage resulting from failure to test fit
- Damage caused by use of spacers, adapters, or non-standard hardware
- Loss of use
- Lost profits
- Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages
Eligibility under this Fitment Guarantee is limited solely to product exchange as defined herein.
Mounting & Balancing
Professional mounting and balancing of wheel and tire packages is included with your Tire Financing order, and is performed before shipping. This means your wheel and tire bundle will arrive at your door ready for install.
We will mount the tires on the wheels and balance each individual wheel / tire assemble using top-of-the-line industry equipment. At Tire Financing we rely on precision balancing technology that is best achieved from equipment produced by Hunter Engineering Company.
All wheel and tire packages, with the exception of steel wheels, will use the standard mount balance method, which is completed using stick-on weights. When steel wheels are involved, they will be balanced using pound-on weights. Installation of preprogrammed Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensors (TPMS) / valve stems is part of our overall service.
Our mount and balance services do not include installation to your vehicle. Professional installation is always recommended.
Test Fitting
*** DO NOT USE POWER TOOLS DURING TEST FITTING ***
- Basic Fitment: Confirm the studs line up with the wheel bolt holes. Slide the wheel onto the studs to confirm it fits flat on the mounting surface. Test fit every lug by hand (hand tighten only) to make sure the threading lines up with the studs on your vehicle. Complete the steps for every wheel / tire assembly ordered.
- Clearance Inspection #1: Visually inspect the wheel to confirm there is no contact with the brake calipers, inner valve stem, and wheel weights. Slowly hand spin the wheel to make sure it has 360-degree clearance. Identifying clearance interference before final installation is vital.
- Lower the Vehicle: Lower your vehicle so all wheels / tires are on the ground. You may want to place cardboard under the front tires before lowering the vehicle to ensure no signs of visible use (in case product needs to be returned).
- Clearance Inspection #2: Once your tires are on the cardboard, perform a visual clearance check of each fender, the suspension, and each wheel well. Slowly turn the vehicle’s steering wheel fully to the left, checking clearance measurements along the way. Repeat the process by turning the steering wheel fully to the right.

If all fitment and clearance checks are successful, finalize your installation before driving by using hand tools only to fully torque the lugs to your vehicle specifications.

Pricing Policy
At Tire Financing, we try very hard to ensure the prices displayed on our website are accurate. Occasionally, in today's fast paced environment, errors and system glitches can happen as pricing is updated in bulk multiple times per week. If you purchase a product that has a pricing error, Tire Financing reserves the right to suspend all sales of the product in question and to cancel your order. We greatly appreciate your business and understanding of this situation.
Price Match Policy
NOTE: This policy applies to wheels ONLY
If you find the exact same wheels offered for less by an approved online retailer, we’re happy to review the request to determine whether a price match is available. All price match requests are reviewed to ensure a true apples-to-apples comparison. Price matching is not a guarantee and is subject to the terms and conditions below.
Eligible Retailers
Price matching is limited to verifiable, authorized U.S.-based online retail websites.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to exclude third-party marketplaces (including but not limited to Amazon sellers, eBay sellers, Walmart Marketplace), auction sites, peer-to-peer sellers, reseller platforms, membership-based pricing, wholesale, dealer-only, installer-only, fleet, or commercial pricing.
Sellers without verifiable customer support, published contact information, or manufacturer authorization may be excluded.
Poorly rated, unauthorized, closeout, liquidation, grey-market sellers, or sellers in violation of manufacturer MAP policies are excluded.
Brick-and-mortar retailers are not eligible. Retailer eligibility and authorization are determined solely by us.
Product Requirements
The competing product must be identical in every material way, including but not limited to brand, model, part number, size, finish, and specifications.
Products must be new, unused, first-quality, and include standard U.S. manufacturer warranty and support.
Products with altered, reduced, non-U.S., or no manufacturer warranty are excluded.
Items sold as final sale, no-return, or non-returnable are excluded.
Rebates, mail-in offers, instant savings programs, gift cards, financing incentives, future credits, or delayed discounts are not eligible and will not be factored into price matching.
Bundles, kits, and value-added offers are reviewed at our discretion and are not guaranteed to be matched.
Quantity Limits
Price matching is limited to no more than five (5) wheels per order.
Bulk purchases, fleet orders, quantity-based pricing, or multi-order workarounds are excluded.
Availability & Inventory
Price matching applies only to items currently in stock at our facility.
Drop-ship, backorder, pre-order, or supplier-direct fulfillment items are not eligible.
The competing retailer must also have the product in stock and available for immediate shipment at the time of verification.
Non-current, expired, flash, limited-time, historical, or promotional pricing is excluded.
Total Price Comparison
Price matching is based on the total delivered cost, including but not limited to product price, shipping, handling, and mandatory fees.
Pricing must apply to the customer’s delivery location. Regional pricing, zone-based freight advantages, or location-specific offers are excluded.
Prices must be publicly visible and verifiable via a direct URL, and we must be able to view or confirm the full checkout pricing, not just the individual product page.
Verbal quotes, screenshots, emails, PDFs, text messages, or manipulated formats are not accepted.
Wheel & Tire Packages
Wheel and tire packages are not eligible for price matching.
Due to differences in configuration, mounting, balancing, labor, services, TPMS, freight, and fulfillment methods, package pricing cannot be compared on an apples-to-apples basis and is therefore excluded from price matching consideration.
Timing, Limits & Verification
Price match requests must be submitted prior to purchase.
Requests are not valid after checkout, after shipment, or once an order has been processed.
Approved price matches are one-time adjustments and are limited to one purchase per customer, household, or account.
We reserve the right to verify all pricing, availability, and eligibility and to deny requests that cannot be independently confirmed.
Rewards, Credits, & Incentives
Price-matched orders are eligible to earn reward points on qualifying wheel purchases.
Previously accumulated rewards, points, or store credits may not be applied to any order that receives a price match.
Reward points, credits, incentives, or promotional benefits cannot be used in conjunction with a price match under any circumstances.
Reward programs, earning rates, and redemption options may be modified, limited, or discontinued at our discretion.
Additional Discretion & Abuse
Price matching may be limited or denied based on operational costs, freight volatility, margin constraints, or service inclusion differences.
Pricing errors, misprints, or technical glitches are excluded.
Abuse of the price match policy may result in loss of eligibility for future price match requests.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the price match program at any time without notice.
All price match decisions are made at our sole discretion.
Warranty Process
Tire Financing promotes top quality brands and manufacturers. We try our best to work with partners that treat our customers right. Periodically you may encounter a warrantable issue related to your purchase. The determination of a warranty claim is 100% at the discretion of the manufacturer based upon their policies.
If your product qualifies for a warranty replacement, you are only eligible for a replacement of the same product or similar product of equal or lesser value than your original purchase. Shipping costs and price differences from the time of original purchase to the time of warranty replacement may apply, and must be paid before fulfillment can occur.
*** If you are purchasing chrome or steel aftermarket products please understand they are more susceptible to adverse chemical reactions that may cause pitting as due to contact with salt, road chemicals, improper cleaners, and brake dust. This type of damage is not covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. ***
Tire Financing does not assume any responsibility related to their claims process. Tire Financing does not cover shipping fees and various other expenses related installation, mounting, balancing and labor related costs of your shop.
